Im not really a straight liner anymore, but i can tell you that a 500 hp evo will smoke a 500 hp civic around a track, but not in a straight line (with traction)
One thing Ive learned also is, the point where both cars are streetable is totally different. Anything Honda turbo (except S2K)sub 12s is difficult to DD IMHO. Mostly because of traction. Cant run huge slicks all of the time. Thats why I sold my built EG. I didnt enjoy plowing and loosing traction at 100mph

so0o this stupid rain the past 3 days. it started when i realized i had leaked enough brake fluid that i basically had no brakes.

had to gut the entire interior of my car to dry it out. before you think i was dubm enough to leave the windows open, i didn't. lol. the water came up from the floor???:thinking: a plug in the passenger side and drivers side was not all the way in. (STUPID BYT!!!!!!) go figure.

the entire carpet was soaking wet. i had standing water where the rear floor mats are. :no:

rear seats on the bottom are soaked but tops are dry. those are still drying. . and the typical DC trunk leak. 2 inches of standing water in there.:tongue1:

plus side of it is im buying new carpet and under the carpet is now clean. i found 5 bucks in change! :D and i put my spare in even though i won't ever be able to use it. lol.

i think 200 is fair, they got right around 300 miles on them i paid 93 each for em awhile back . Used them for two weeks then needed to go bigger, d series use alot more fuel then b series so im having to run 680's.

Got tired of my 2nd 240 and bought this teg which was my 3rd red DA to attempt to get out of racing and listening to exhaust all the time lol but it didnt work! Traded it for my old boosted teg straight up and got a steal!!

according to street tires and a 2 1/4 full shitty crush bent exhaust spinning thru 3rd brandon sure did make a nice 117mph pass on 17lbs :) and it made right at 290 with that on 17lbs so considering a open 3 inch downpipe and and 21lbs im sure im right around 360whp-300 trq but thats besides the point your shortblock cost more then MY WHOLE motor/turbo kit and tune! And carls nitrous kit cost more then all of it. And my car runs like pure shit...can you say MSP tuning FTL!!! I dont even care about me passing you or the whole situation...I went to follow i hit it 2 cars behind you guys, i didnt brake boost like you guys were and you guys jump a car before i even hit it and i was spinning/granny shifting. Does anyone know what 5 spd trannys are compatible with the F23A1 motor out of like a 2000ish Accord? My buddy's auto tranny is going bonkers and is knocking on the front door of hell, so he wanted to do just the full manual swap. I'm guessing he could maybe get the complete setup out of maybe a mid 90's 5 spd F22 Accord? I know that would be reasonably easy to get my hands on, but I dunno what works. Motor info ownz me. Most of my knowldge revolves around that of sticker placement and teh dumpd ride height. :rolleyes:

If anyone has any info on these bootleg motors I'd greatly appreciate it and might buy said person a cold drink perhaps. :goodjob:

I'm currently installing a prototype Aspen EFIS system in this 1965 Cessna 185 taildragger... i CANNOT find a "clean" spot to mount the AHRS/magnetometer anywhere on this thing...

its looking like I'm going to have to mount it out by the flux gate for his DG out in the wingtip... which will not be fun. And i don't think the cable i made is long enough...
