When my car was turbo nothing ever blew up. The turbo seals started goin out and makin the car smoke so off went the turbo. The car was on 10 lbs untuned and yet I never cracked a sleeve or anything. I took it off because I wanted to set up my car right.

I stick with race Sims. Race 07, Liveforspeed, GTseries, WCCTA, etc. Great fun with a wheel. Every NFS game I play makes me cry alittle.

anyways, hit alot of snow pretty hard. lost me mugen front lip.

went back and gathered all 20 plus pieces from me running it over and whoever else ran it over. day just gets better and better bc the snow. .....

I'm leaving on March 10th for the Air Force. I'll be in Texas for about 8 1/2 weeks. My best friend just graduated from training a few weeks ago and is now in Pensacola. We both have two more years of college left so why not let Uncle Sam pay for it right?

yea every event is points based. There will be 4cyl, 6cyl, 8cyl and turbo/supercharged classes. Top 10 in each class. It should be pretty cool. I'm excited.

I got in as 2A3x3A, served for a year in the 27th FS as a crew chief on 15c models, then we transitioned to 22s, I was hand selected by the base commander for the program and finished up my 4 years as a crew chief on those instead. (2A3x3K)

I absolutely LOVED my job, i couldn't get enough of it.
The only reason i got out is because the F22 program is such a "dog and pony" show i couldn't stand it. They expected us to be able to change a horizontal stab actuator and immediately afterwards go pass an open ranks inspection... just one example of many of what happens when upper brass gets their hands on the operations side of the table. Loved the work though, watching your jet fly is probably one of the most rewarding experiences of all time. :goodjob:

Now, working on 15s was another story. Long hours (14hr days was the usual), working in all types of weather (on the Chesapeake Bay)... expediters on your butt all the time. But i loved it. Want to talk about rewarding work... anyone who joins the airforce for a desk job is going to wind up depressed and talking to some shrink about the meaning of life.

Make sure your butt winds up on the flightline with the jets man, that's all i have to say. You'll be tired, beat up, and worn out at the end of every day... but it'll be worth it. :goodjob:

Judging by your AFSC, if i remember correctly, you'll be working with the heavy jets (130s, C5s, Globemasters, etc).

where are you getting this info? this car went down the track two times since ive owned it and like six when my girls brother had it. So how could it 'never run"s" the times when its seen the track on two occasions? Ive got the slip from the 11.9 he went. I stated not too long ago id like to get low 12's possibly high 11's.

have been considering that..i would like to have an evo8..but i would rather spend half of that and go way faster...but its a maybe:D
