I always set stuff up. Sometimes a lot of people show and sometimes not. I had a cook out last year at Cooper Creek and there were probably like 30 cars there which is pretty decent. I'm gonna plan another one when it warms up a little.

also constantly runs out of water it has a leak somewhere. Today i noticed all of this after not driving it all weekend. My dad put antifreeze in it and it no joke all just poured out somewhere.(maybe its a plug or something) but i dont know where my dad said not under the radiator or anything.

What does this sound like? maybe im wrong and it could just be two problems one with the iacv and the coolant.

vacuum leak or iacv is causing the reving prob. the radiator fluid is exactly what you stated, it leaking. if its that massive, a hose may have blown. lol.

pm paul, im sure you can pay him to diagnose the prob. hes not working right now bc he just had his wrist put back together.

according to my dad the ground. and it has been a small leak for a while, it would run dry every couple of weeks then i would fill it back up.

Tomorrow i will clean my iacv and see if that solves the idle trick

wait till everything is dry, then pour coolant in. watch where it starts leaking from. and be sure NOT to use just water like some people....its geting so cold outside you don't want it freezing

and the vacuum leak, how long has it been doin that and are you able to drive it at all? does it stop when you drive it or cause you not to be able to drive it. have you done any work on your car recently?

i would fix the coolant leak first. if the coolant is runnin out that fast then iac willnot work correctly anyways. fix the leak then diag the idle problem

Try a long closed end wrench on the bolt head, and then tapping it in the right direction with a hammer. If the bolts are out and it's stuck to the manifold, try using an extension and tapping on the valve. it'll come off - shouldn't be corroded, seeing as both pieces are made out of similar metals.

Plus they have numbered parking spaces so I won't have to fight bitches for a park, and if someone is in it, they will be reported and towed. =D They playground doesn't look worth two shits, but my daughter will have enough crap in her room, plus her little brother to play with. I'm cheap, so I know a 3 bedroom on the southside would have been the same price, but I'm also not gone live on no southside. I was raised around white people so a bunch of black people make me uncomfortable. We thought about a house too so we could take out Pit Bull with us, but they aren't reasonably priced in Cols plus the fact u have to pay your own utilities. So an apt for us =D.

you more than likely wont need the history book because all of those classes are lectures.

And chegg.com is a place you can rent them for really cheap and you just send them back at the end of the semester(for free).

I told them the insurance they were on there after I bought the car and they were options from Honda(which they are from different countries.) lol no aftermarket stuff here.

we kinda ran today, was quick but i thought it would be faster honestly, we were even then almost rear ended some kia's and hyundai's lol. its faster im sure, but the j and k swaps are fairly close to swap in pricewise depending on the j or k swap you purchase, there are tons of options. nevertheless i like to keep my engine under the hood on my daily lol :goodjob:

its already proven and been done, they make like 260+whp and 240+trq with bolt ons k series make 190-210 and 170-180trq with bolt ons. The most expensive expensive part of the j swap is the 6 spd. tranny there like 1300.

Yeah, Im just saying stock for stock. You can mod anything to be fast. The J series engines are not completely engineered for all out performance (like other honda motors ie c32a) as they are single cams. Power comes from displacement.
K series or b series for that matter have more racing technologies engineered to them.
It sticks outta the hood, and stuff. But it different which makes it cool. Just like a K swap

LOL, someone said a 260hp civic wasn't fast? I doubt that it is slow. Alot of time, you get a boosted b16 @ 7psi and put down somewhere in that ballpark (260-290hp). I know it's not an S-Dbl 1,000hp drag/jet car (just playing Sean, needed some relation). Just saying, it probably cost some change to do and there most likely are cheaper ways, but 260hp is not bad. I know it probably won't get much more than that but that's not bad for a dd (not a "race car"), IMHO......

K Series swaps are not that common, I have yet to see more than I can count on one hand (even my hand) in Columbus. I am sure they're all over ATL, but we are in Ol' C-Town come on.....

He said 1200 for everything. It comes with the zc longblock which has around 10k on it, a si cable tranny that had new synchros and bearings replaced in it, axles,shift linkage,ecu, custom mounts, which are bad a fuck! And it has a competition stage 4 clutch...

ehhh, too much for me to spend on my daily when I can just get the engine and it be pretty much dropped in and rolling for like $400 from what I've been told. Sounds good, but $1200, nah bro, rather spend that kind of money on my other ride......

Little late but now days in terms of swaps goes i would say its just whatever you get your hands on cheap/personl preference.

You cant tell me if you mom have you her stock LS Teg and you got a greddy turbo kit for $500 you would turn down having 250-270hp boosted and go spend $5k on a K20 swap...then again I know some people with some big bills.

I will say IMHO the K/J series swap parts are just wayyyyyy to expensive right now, maybe when you can pick up a set of mount/axles/shiflinkage all for under $250 then it would be worth thinking about otherwise I still have been unable to bite the bullet of just the swap parts.

Hell last time I compiled a decent build list it came up to be like $2500 not including the motor and trans..I would think the J would be a little cheaper but thats still just insane...

Unless you pull a AT and ass rape somebody for their already swapped ride LOL (all in good fun bro), THAT's how you get a K swap the easy/cheap way.
