Kinda new

Hey all!
names steve.. im new to the import world. bought my first car back in may of this year. started out on a 1990 celica ST... did some minor mods like cAI, exhaust, sound system, etc... then i got my bonus from the army and bought my new 04 rsx! woo! such an upgrade hah.. but yea i love learning about the things i can do to my car. Just installed a GReddy cat-back exhaust and im lovin the results. im really open to any advice on anything so do be afraid to call me a doomahsss! hah.. well yea so whats up doods?!

anybody got any ideas of what else i can do to my rsx? a buddy of mine sold me a GReddy cat-back exhaust and thats all ive done... curious as to what else i can do to squeeze some more juice outa the thing. ... thanks guys!

well right now im just rollin in a base model rsx... so im kinda leary to put thousands of dollars into my car with FI for it to just be as good as a type-s hah...

as for stock..drop is a must, because stock height is really gay lol i hated it. black out your headlights and get a lip kit

cool ill check out clubrsx.com toinight! headlights coming in january with a new paint job possibly a lip kit.. depending on if i can get one cheep... i however know nothing about suspension.. whats the easist and cheapest way to drop a car??

depending on how much you want to drop your car.
i'd say go with H&R or Comptech springs if you want some nice drop for a little price. there around 1.5" drop. if you have money, then go with mugen SS or Aspec suspension or coilovers.
i'm currently on tein s-tech (1.5" front 1.7" back) and this is what it looks like

5-speed base.. wow it was exhausting but today i painted my calipers red!! yea i think i actually got about 5-6 extra horsies outa that :)

is there lowering springs out there for like 100 or less? im on a budget right now but this stock ride height is killin me.. also should i keep those mud flaps on??

i took my mud flaps off, def look cleaner.
as for springs, go on crsx.. usually you can find cheap ones from other members.. if not go with H&R there like 150 .. or megan ones.. or go with progressive(my favorite) there around 170 brand new.

yea i would think so... anything that is put on that replaces stock im assuming would be a mod... sue me if im wrong :eek: :crazy:
