This was Infinity's best and most expensive sub. The subwoofer line goes from Reference, to Kappa, to Kappa Perfect. Has the VQ technology, which allows you to swap out the pole piece to make the sub perfect for any box. Has dual 4 ohm voice coils, and a 400W RMS rating. Also selling the means to power it, the Infinity Reference 310a amp, 350 watts RMS.
Official Stuff:
"Only Infinity could take the Perfect subwoofer and make it even better! The new Infinity Kappa Perfect VQ subwoofer give a whole new meaning to the word "versatile." By integrating ingenious polepiece inserts, the VQ allows the subwoofer to be custom tailored to the particular application. The Kappa Perfect VQ provides a patent-pending approach to adjusting Q. The Perfect VQ's motor strength can be varied by inserting or removing one of the two included metal polepiece inserts. Q adjustment allows the woofer to be optimized for a particular application as well as provides exceptional performance for several applications in a single enclosure. The new super-rigid Magnesium Metal Matrix (M3D) cone features a curvilinear design and combines with a large-roll nitrile-butylene rubber surround for smooth, efficient bass response all the way down to 18 Hz. Flip the VQ over and you’ll marvel at the huge, custom-tooled aluminum basket and heavy double-stacked magnets. The Perfect VQ's amazing design enables it to deliver kick-butt bass in virtually any application – from a tiny 0.3 cu. ft. sealed enclosure to infinite baffle!

This sub straight up kicks ass. Accurate as a sniper, but still bumps very loud for a ten. I'm selling because right now I am between cars and it is sitting in my garage. No Atlanta area store used to carry these; I got it online. Price new was $375, I used it for about 5 months, then got a W6. It has been sitting ever since.
Looking to get $200 for amp and sub, that is an outrageous deal.
Stock Photos, I'll grab some of the sub in a bit:
