I still say it is a shame Suzuki and Kawasaki didn't want to run a 3rd bike in GP but boy is the Superbike field full of talent for next year.
I put Nori as the main man to take the title as Corser and Biaggi will be developing the S1000 and RSV4 respectively.
It will be good to see how Ben stakes up against the rest of the world with out the all conquering Yoshi bike under him.
2009 Will be a great year. Feels like 2004 Motogp preseason all over again.

not gonna say any names, but I think Suzuki shouldve have dropped a rider to have spies on the team.
I love Kawasaki and have had 3 of their streetbikes, but I never expect them to do anything in roadracing. Jamie Hacking has done pretty well this year in AMA SBK, but he was definitely overriding the shit out ofthat bike.
I hope Nori takes the Champioship.

After the R7 nightmare, Nori really is the most deserving man to take the title. With all these rediculous rules in GP and so few fights for the front, i feel superbikes has a chance to overtake Motogp in popularity.
Even more so now since Eurosport lost the contract and Toby Moody and Julian Ryder are no longer covering the races. (As far as i know)
Don't forget Scott Russell's title in 1993! But that was on a much better bike relative to the competition at the time. You do bring up a big point. Outside of Anton Mang's GP days, Kawasaki has really been the lame duck of the big Japan 4.
