Everyone says he's so lucky, yet he got pulled over by an OFF duty cop. How many off duty cops are going to waste there day pulling you over so they can give one of there co-workers a ticket. Sounds unlucky to me. If that was a cop on duty he would've been very lucky.

I wouldn't have stopped for an off-duty cop. That was his first mistake.
