Plastic Cracking..

The black plastic like stuff that covers a chrome strip is flaking off so i am going to go ahead and peal/pick the rest off, but what is the PROPER name for the black stuff, so i can redo it?

he is talking about the black rubber coating on the pieces below the windows on the doors, and rear window, on the del sol..


what i always do is get a razor blade, and scrape it off, then get some trim paint, tape off the area really good (cause its hard as hell to take em off) and hit it with some 400g and spray it.
