i have a decent idea
Get a fabric you like that is furry, cut it out
Use stichery witchery (iron on adhesive) Iron it on the back of the fabric, and then iron the stuff tot he shirt. I do my patches liek that

yeppers, costs like 1.60 for the stuff, and you can get it in different widths, check walmart craft iasle
