Like I said, should be an easy fix to be honest, I'm just irritated with it at the moment. lol

Still no spark?
93's has a ignition relay right under the dash and to the left the steering wheel. I bet it's stuck. Give that area a couple hard smacks and see if it'll start. Also, is the check engine light on? The crank sensor is built inside the distributor. If the check engine light is on, you can jump the DTC port and see how many times the light flashes...if it is indeed the crank sensor that equals a new distributor. Both will cause a no spark condition.

FYI, no spark = no run

no hes right it COULD be a MAIN relay problem but that usually controls the ECU and the fuel pump, not the distributor

I used to see it all the time at the shop...91-93 Civics towed in for a no start. The master tech would bang on the dash and it'd fire right up. Just passing the knowledge...I wouldn't just say stuff just to say it. I know Hondas pretty well...even if I do drive a crummy GM.
No power to ECU, no power to ignitor, no ignitor, no signal to distributor, no signal to distrubtor...well, no fire.

Honda"s Main relay controls Fuel an the Injectors, not Spark

BTW banging the dash isnt going to fix a Main relay problem, the soldier spots in the main relay crack threw time an needs to be re soldier I fix them all the time!
BTW this is all I do work on Hondas/Acuras and I am ASE Honda/Acura Tech but thanks, Not going to fix a No spark problem

Absolutely...never said it'd fix it. Just to give it a shot and see if'd start up. Not trying to argue. I figure it isn't difficult to hit the dash. May or may not work. I understand you're a certified Honda Tech...didn't know that. So with your knowledge, I feel it's not creditble for me to undermind your authority in this area.
:goodjob:
I can admit when I'm out done...learned something new today. ;)

Some people don't just hit the dash they think they are MIKE TYSON when they do an damage the dash an other parts I dont suggest this for any reason but thanks
