? about parting out a 94 accord

My girlfriend will be buying a new car soon, and I have a question about what to do with her accord. It has 190-ishk on it, with a bad dent in the front fender and a few other problems with the body. It's pretty much mechanically perfect with a reasonably clean interior. So the question is, part it out or sell it? Her and her mom agreed to let me strip the thing, and I'm wondering if that's a good idea or not. I'm thinking the car itself could get 1500 tops, and that I'm sure of. So since the motor still runs strong and it has a good tranny, so I'm thinking parting it out then selling the shell might net some more money and it would be fun for me to do. However, if it would be a waste of time(which I'm running kinda low on lately) I'm not going to do it. Thoughts?

sell it as is someobdy on here will need a dd and those motors will last for a long ass time if you keep up with the maintenance. i got a friend with a 94 accord that has 320k miles on it so yeah u get the idea.
