ecu and motor help!!

i just pick a b16 motor and i'm using it as a dd until i get my new motor. but i drop it in today and then started it. it died right after. then i saw my check enegine light was on, i got the code ( 10 and 14 IAT - intake air temperature sensor and IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve ) but would that make the motor idle funny or not idle at all?? oh yeah i am running a p30

yes to idling funny, not so much to not at all, but it is possible.

you probably have the plugs backwards. they both have the same 2 wire plugs (unless you chassis is 96-00 with the iat in the intake tube). it's good to check continuity of the plugs to the ecu to make sure you have them properly (it can sometimes burn out transitors on the ecu).

i made sure all the plugs are right i'm going to look at my brothers gsr and see if it right, and i still have like 3 plugs that can work so now i have to check them all and i know i have a bad iacv...
