Pin that holds the spider gears snapped, causing it to bind up sheering some teeth of one spider gear... in turn busting the whole back of the transmission off :/ Oh well time to make one good one I hope .... Too bad the diff ate my damn axle and wont give it back :(

Got The New Tranny Taken apart to inspect, Will be changing some synchro's tomorrow and in she goes... I might mix and match some gears to see what I can do :D

I have found all the info on my gear ratios, and will commence making a super boost geared tranny :D or so I hope...

M2U4 : 3.285 1.956 1.344 1.034 .812 4.266 FD
M2U5 : 3.307 1.809 1.185 .870 .685 4.062 FD
P2A8: 3.285 1.807 1.193 .903 .685 4.062 FD

So what did you use? Long 1st, shorter 2-4 and long 5th? I dont really know what mph gets you in each gear with either gears so just a guess.
