if you have a oem cd changer you dont need the cd player as this will plug directly in i had this exact unit in my ef for a while

:thinking: I dont see an AUX or CD button...or any controls for the changer that you typically see on the Honda\Acura cassette decks ( at least the ones with changer support ).
