for the past 4 days i have been hit with this horrid face and neck head pain!

like most in my family i have horrible sinus problems... so bad i am more likely to get a sinus infection than getting the flu, strep throat, or even cancer!

any one else like this? what do you take. i have tried claritin over the counter and not, Zyrtec, all the cold and sinus stuff you can think of!


i really dont think its a migraine cuz, i can take tylanol sinus and it goes away for a few hours.

On the real, go to the pharmacy and ask for "Mucinex D". They will require you to show ID and sign for it, but its OTC. I suffer from chronic sinus problems and have been told i need surgery and this is the only stuff that provides me any relief. There are several different kinds of Mucinex but make sure you ask for the "d" because its the decongestant.

I do it the old fashioned way, sweat it off. I have tried all the OTS medicine, none of them work.

Throw on a sweat suit and hit the treadmill for a good hour.....

its pretty much roughing i dont feel like shit.. yet. but my head and neck just hurt like a mother fccker.

Serious man, try the mucinex d. Ask for it at the counter. Take 2 every 12 hours for a few days and your completely cleared. You get relief within the first hour or so.

well i can breath fine. sleep fine. just my head feels like there rail road men beating on spikes in there.

Maybe you have sinus infection and need antibacterial meds, not histamine blockers.

that is a posibilty. to day is the 5th day. and it has gotten alot better.
