help on gsr

Hi, i need some help with my 95gsr. At 4800RPM it seem like it slowing down, it might just be the v-tec sensor. But it could be anything so does anyone got any suggestion of how to solve this problem?

hi i need help my 95 gsr when i drive i hit the gas like to 4800 rpm and the rpm goin down on all speeds dont pass that .meabe is tha vtec sensor. sorry for the speels.
