Turbo2L = BAD SELLER

I posted a WTB ad for some Eclipse parts.
He said he had them.
We agreed on a price.
I paypaled him the money THAT day, and asked if the parts could be shipped within 2 days. No problems.

They did not arrive in the 2-3 days I was expecting
They did not arrive in 5-6 days like I needed.

I contacted him, and he said he had a death in the family. I understand that could/might cause delays.

I waited another week, and still no parts.

I asked for my money back since we were now about 3 weeks out on parts I wanted 2 1/2 weeks earlier.

2 weeks (or so) after the request for my money back, he replied with something like, "I thought I had returned the money already".

Nope.

PMs and emails have not been replied to.

This was over 2 months ago....from the time I reminded him he owed me a refund.

If Im not mistaken, he has been banned? I think Kidd banned him? He had a thread for his 95 gsx and it was stickied.

He got banned for ripping people off on GADSM and had tried to rip people off on here with his busted ass 95 gsx auto. He tried screwing me over, but I got my money back out of the situation.

File a paypal claim saying you never received your item and they should be able to do something for you considering I know of three transactions he has had on paypal where he has been forced to refund money, mine included.

He is a scumbag who is just out to rip people off.
