how come sometimes i recieve rep points but they are grey and i dont get any points? jw

I get that too. Sometimes I get a comment, but it shows gray as in Neutral. No points. Hell, I can't even do that, that I know of. Later, QD.

I noticed that too! I figured out that POS "Approved" reps are highlighted by defualt. Unless you physically click the circlem it will give the grey neutral box.

You have to click it although it's already highlighted!
