My 93 si had a brrake issuee that I have bben chasing for sometime now. Every now and then the brake will clap down on the rotors until I shut the car off and pump the brakes and crank it back up. I just replaced the calipers and I have new pads and rotors at the house that i have not put on yet.

What could be causing this problem?

i know you said that you replaced the calipers, but that sounds like thats your problem. them things got to be wrong with the caliper did you replace them with new ones or used ones?

i wonder if that check valve that in the booster line is bad or missing. Sounds like a booster issue to me.

Sounds like your booster and or calipers. You have to replace calipers in pairs FYI.
