Chassis wise, that car isn't as good of a car as an Elise or any other lightweight.

depends entirely on what you want a car for....

The design is pretty bad ass, though I'd make a few tweaks. The engine and chassis are complete fail. Ruined it. As well as the color.

We have a 2004 K-1 Attack Roadster with a turbocharged Japanese Honda 2.2L engine in a European-built tubular chassis, combining the best of both the European and Japanese worlds. The car is a result of a team effort from top designers and engineers.
This is a mid-engine RWD vehicle, which gives it almost a 50/50 weight distribution balance. Combined with its low center of gravity and race-inspired setup, it makes for a very fun ride, to say the least. The sculpted fiberglass body sits on a rigid tubular steel chassis and sits only 41.5 from the ground to the top of the windshield. This concept vehicle has been years in the making. There are only a handful of these cars available in the states and none built so far come close to this one in quality and upgrades.
Our K-1 Attack has a fully built and turbocharged JDM H22A motor and weighs less than 2,000 pounds. This motor can produce over 450 HP to the rear wheels. Almost nothing is left untouched and only the highest quality parts were used in the build process. This car turns heads everywhere, even sitting next to the most exotic cars on the road.
Although completely street legal, the Attack is emissions exempt because it is a kit car and is insured for $1000 a year through Rally Insurance as a limited use car (show and weekend use only). It has a clean and clear title and passed safety inspection by the Maryland State Police. All available information for this vehicle will be given to the buyer. Since this is not a production car, the VIN is not 17 characters and was assigned by the State of Maryland. Since it does not have a 17 character VIN, we had to list the incorrect model year to allow for the lack of a production VIN.
This car rivals some of the most exotic and powerful street legal machines on the road and can be had for a fraction of the cost! This vehicle has an appraisal price of $119,730.
This K-1 Attack is featured in the January 2005 issue of HCI Magazine and is a feature car in the Teckademics Mischief V: Dynasty DVD.

Cool looking seats, don't know how comfortable they would be. Also, do I see four lugs on a garage exotic? Nice.
I would build one of these kit cars, if I had the money and wanted to be a little different. There used to be tons of them out there, the companies tend to wash away and become forgotten. You can't dog them for using the engines they do either, Noble uses Taurus engines in some of their cars and those things are pretty amazing.
