Car title Question

When I bought my car, I have wrote my name and signature, not date and I did not resistered yet.
Now I going to sell someone
Can he just scratch that and write his name and signature to resister??

i seriously doubt you will get away with that. Go to the tag office and spend the $15 or so and you will have a new title in about a week. Then you have a nice clean title to sign over to the buyer

you will either have to go to hapeville and get another one that day or go to a tag office and wait for them to mail it to you no they cannot scratch through it...
