TB question???

I have y8 throttle body and im missing the piece in the picture that i circeled red. What is that called??? And is it possible to use a different throttle body or just that piece from a diff. manifold? LMK if anyone has one for sale too, need ASAP :D

yeah, im doing a mini- me swap y7 w/ y8 head and im missing that piece... I have a TB and everything but I cant do anything w/o that piece.

This is for a 96-00 mini-me swap , idk about the 92-95 or 88-91.

-D16y8 Throttle Body
-D16y8 Fuel Rail
-D16y8 Fuel Injectors
-P28 ECU ( May also use P2P ECU, I'll get into that later )
-An Intake Device. ( The new setup will put the Throttle Body on it's side, not up in the air. )
-Torque Wrench
-Head Gasket
-Copper Spray
-Intake manifold Gasket
-Throttle Body Gasket
-Exhaust Manifold Gasket
-Timing Belt
-Oil + Filter
-Coolant
-96-00 Honda Civic EX Spark Plugs
-Some Wire, and Wire Connectors
-Colored 3M Tape to mark Fuel Line, Vacume Lines, and Coolant Lines
-A box of Zip Lock Bags and a Sharpie. That way you know what bolts go where.
