I remember him.

Few years ago he had his "brother the master mechanic " build the head. Then he brought it to TOPSPEED to tune it. VTEC wouldnt work, so after a few hours they told him it was a mechanical problem.

He called Batlground where i was currently employed, and i told him that Dan was AEM Certified and that i couldnt make any guarantees but i was a honda guy and have seen "no vtec" problems before and we could take a look at it.

He brings the car over and after about 2 hours on the dyno, we jumped the solenoid to get it to stay on all the time, the AEM was fine, oil pressure was fine, it was a mechanical problem.

Dan tuned his part throttle and idle so it was driveable. We told him that most likely when the head was being built something was not installed or installed improperly and thats why his VTEC no longer works. He didnt want to pay us to look at it.

So we charged him 1 hour or $140, and he went on his way, even though he was bashing ALL SORTS of people from TopSpeed and he was pretty much and arrogant prick.

About 3 weeks ago i run by Mainstream to pick up a car , and he was there having them tune it. VTEC apparently worked and i wont say what it made but it wasnt 650whp.

He apparently recognized me and tried to be a hardass and talk shit about how i "wasted his time" before. I laughed and chalked it up to typical ignorant ricer talk.

As he was leaving he was boasting about making 650whp on a stock motor.

Now, apparently Inline Pro has done it, and he thinks this is Gods Chariot.

I think his name is Brandon Stone IIRC.

S last night i am coming down 400 (north Atlanta) and i see these 2 bikes getting on the highway ahead. they were going quite fast so it took a few minutes for me to catch up. Once i finally did i pulled up next to the first one and he wouldnt even look at me. The next one had a guy driving and a girl riding. He looked at me for a second and hit the gas for a second. so we line back up going about 70 and we hit it about the same time and i pulled out and very very slowly and he shifted i pulled a little more. i shifted into 5th and still very slowly kept pulling away. we slowed and 145mph. by the time we slowed down, his tire was maybe a foot behind my bumper. the guy on the bike pulled back up beside and him and the girl were both just staring at my car. they then waved and got off at the next exit. i believe it was a 600 because i do not believe my car would pull from a 1000 or 1000 cc bike, even with a passenger. i did see the GSXR though as i was pulling up beside it. It was great.

I changed my factory OEM clutch for a stage 3 since my turbo is here and ready for assembly. I have everything back on and was testing out the clutch and now i cannot get it in gear. i do not know what to do. is there anything you do special on a stage 3 clutch

hey guys i only have 70K on my s2000 and the local honda dealer told me that my water pump should last 200K miles. Could my turbo kill it. i only have 1000K FI miles. Its making a strange clicking noise while its ideling. im not comlpetely sure it the water pump but its coming form right where the water pump is. an ideas
