need help with my 4 point harness!

Hey I Just bought some mugen racing seats and a pair of 4 point harnesses to go with them, for my 4 door Teggy!

I need some help installing my 4 point harness, I dont want to do it wrong and get in a wreck and the harnesses not work!!!
