Just a suggestion...since you WON it and are letting that be known openly and you can't offer a warranty, you may want to discount it a little more than $20 for the risk. I'd think most people would gladly pay the additional $20 to have the security of taking it back to a store should something be up with it or go wrong. As I said, just a suggestion.

As far as the warranty goes, it is still covered by APPLE. I got a receipt that I would be more then happy to give the buyer. And as far as I know a proof of purchase, the ipod, and something to ship it all in is all thats needed for apple to warranty it. Also Fry's will exchange the ipod for another one IF it is defective as long as its within the 15 days period. If you buy it and dont want to bother with the hassle of exchanging it if you deem it defective. Since I work there, i'll be glad to do it for you. So it is JUST like buying a BRAND NEW IPOD from Fry's, Thank you very much. If $220 is too much for you to swallow for a New 120GB Classic, there is a dude on here that is selling his used 30GB Ipod Video for $130...you should check out his thread and bother him.
