Thats a pretty old video. Shes known as the "Marta Girl". She has bi-polar disorder and at the time this video was taken she was off her meds for quite some time. She did get aressted, however, no charges were filed. The old lady is the mother of the head football coach for some university around here. She knew the girl was "troubled" so thats why she did not press charges.

The worst part about the video, to me atleast, is that nobody on the train stepped up to defend this elderly woman.
