Need some advice...

So I bought that new Verizon Dare by LG a few months ago...well I have been getting complaints that im echoing when i talk to people and sometimes i can hear myself echo...so i take the phone back and describe the problem and the man at the counter said it needed a software update...i said ok cool....he updates the phone and i go on my merry way....a week or so later i get the same complaint...so i go back up to the store and tell them the problem didnt go away, and they replaced my phone.


I am still getting complaints on how im fucking echoing it's pissing me off. I called verizon and told them again and asked if i can get another model phone. All i got was " you can come back up to the store and get another Dare"......Now why would i want another dare when they keep echoing?....

Does anyone in the phone business think i can bitch enough to get another model or....i dont know im tired of this shit...i kinda wanna check out the new blackberry storm...maybe i can get them to trade me.

any idea?

My palm centro kept freezing up, I finally bitched so much they sent me a warranty replacent phone. They gave me a choice of a few phones. I chose a motoroloa Q, it was a cool phone, but that shit was huuge. I have a blackberry curve and I am happy for now. No problems!

They sent me the palm centro three times, with att after the third time that's what they do.
