4drZ06 tagged along in his CTS-V. I thought they turned out well considering this is my first shot at all at HDR.

really looking at them again it seem to be a lack of a single focus or subject

On the two i mentioned (2&8)
2. you actually have a fairly stong subject in the cars, your background is pleasing yet not overly busy like in 3
8. the staircase really draws your attention more then the car, but regardless i looks awesome and the car is at least on a vertical with the subject

The best backgrounds are either VERY dramatic or simple and attractive.

just read alot dude, theres so much info out on the net about photography its retarded, and go to your local library and check out some books. i have progressed faster than most photographers just cause of the amount of books i have read. i still got a long way to go though, i havent even gotten into off camera flash :(

Pictures and subjects are terrible, location is weak at best. If the last couple shots were any more grainy, they would be rice like the cars......
