making it out of wood might be high on the cool factor...and cheaper...but i have some metal here in the shop thats half the weight of pressure treated pine inch for inch, a wood car is not safe nor stable...if wood was a good material to use for such a project wouldn't we still be rollin around on wooden spokes?
