Maybe its loose? Is it a aftermarket or OEM steering wheel?

bent wheel, tires out of balance, worn steering bushings, warped brake rotors, bad cv's, check to see if your lug nuts are tight...all possibilities..

That about sums it up. Most likely worn steering bushings! Because tires out of balance really don't shake until higher speeds most of the time, warped brake rotors only shake when your on the brakes, bad cv's wouldn't really make your sterring wheels shake, and a bent wheel could but it would have to be bent pretty bad.

well..iv seen rotors warped so bad tht the bump in it hits up against the pads even when not braking ,and makes wheel shake and tht makes the steering whl shake, and i meant bad cv as in it it might be bent..but tht out of ballance was pretty weak lol. i was just throwin him clues..
sik sig btw

Wandering steering, oddly worn tires, along with clunks and rattles are indicators of front-end wear or misalignment. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s02.jpg
Consult the service manual. Jack up the vehicle. Dig in. Remove the cotter pin and castellated nut. Gather your tools. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s03.jpg
This is one type of tie-rod end separator tool. If the tie-rods test out okay, use care not to damage the rubber dust-grease boots. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s04.jpg
If the tie-rod end is toast then the pickle fork is your friend. Pickle forks tend to destroy the rubber boots, and most everything else. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s05.jpg
The best trick in the book: A well-placed smack with a sledgehammer on the meaty steel part of the union and the joint will separate. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s06.jpg
Behold, the two components apart. Keep going until the offending components are removed. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s07.jpg
In this case, the inner tie rod end was done. To retain a modicum of wheel alignment, measure the total distance of the old assembly. Match this measurement with the new assembly. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s08.jpg
The inner tie rod end had failed due to a cracked boot. The grease had escaped leaving the inner tie rod susceptible to rapid wear. Add only specified grease to front end components. Replace cracked or broken boots. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s09.jpg
As the wheel turns. Replace all cracked or worn bushings. In this case, the sway bar is an integral part of the front suspension. Worn bushings make for clunky and wandering steering. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s10.jpg
The new bushings at left clearly show the punishment the old bushings at right endured. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s11.jpg
Here is the front sway bar and bushings ready for install. It may be easier to remove and replace the sway bar with the vehicle weight compressing the suspension. http://www.automedia.com/Article/images/ccr/ccr20061001fe/ccr20061001fe_s12.jpg
Re-install the castellated nuts to target torque, stopping as the hole in the tie-rod lines up with the nut. Always install a new cotter pin.

I just thought, it could also be Steering Linkage, worn steering box, or a damaged strut.

Alright.... Check around all the brake components(rotor, calipers, lines, etc..) for any leaking. I'm betting its a worn master cylinder. Its either leaks or the worn master cylinder... I'm almost sure!

Check your local Advance or Auto-Zone. Last time I checked they were in the $50-to-$60 range.

Most of my friends are pretty handy around cars already, just basically the crowd I hang out with. But the few that aren't, I don't charge them anything. But I plan to have a shop one day when funds permit me.
