That's what killed these Japanese sports cars.

A Supra Twin Turbo was about $40,000 in 1994. A 3000GT was about the same. The NSX was about $60,000 in 1991. The Subaru SVX was about $30,000. High prices killed these great Japanese sports cars.

Great article...I like archives. Where do you find these?

Any articles from when any Rx-7s released? Nothing like reading about how a car was seen when it was new.
