Ok, im bout to do my swap this weekend but the tranny that im bout to use im not sure in what condition its in. So the question is, Incase it grinds what kinda fluid should i use and where can i buy it? thanx

If you decide to buy Honda MTF, be sure they're offering the bottle with the white cap. The bottle with the red cap is the old fluid that they might be trying to get rid of.

Royal Purple FTW!!! I found a video of a shop doing dyno before and after adding Royal Purple on a Honda and it gained like 7 extra Hp just from using all there products. Like the tranny fluid, motor oil, etc...... But besides Royal Purple, I'd go with Lucas.

thanx guys well ima do my swap which is a gsr with b16 tranny in my eg hatch. the tranny i traded one of my friends but i never knew the condition it was in.
