I am turboing a 3g eclipse, and I wanted to ask those who have 2g gst-gsx, does the oil return like go to the oil pan. If it does would a 2g oil pan fit right on a 3g. I was going to weld a pipe coming out of the oil pan on the eclipse but that didnot work out so well.(I think they are aluminum)

The 2g oil pan wont fit the 3g cars. just take your oil pan off and have somebody make a oil return line setup for u or u can make your own. Pm me if u need more help, ive boosted many 8g Galants and 3g Eclipse.

Very FEW parts are interchangable between the 3g and the 2g... or the 3g and any g for that matter... Hold on and I'll post up a link for you that might help... I know a guy who boosted his 3g, he made some sick power out of it too, and didn't spend a lot of money doing it and never had a problem...

No, you would not weld a pipe going from the oil pan. Just tap a hole in it for a fitting and run the line, but make sure the angle is right and there isn't a lot of slack in it...
