For a long time, I've wanted to show a video where the speedo and a GPS are framed together that shows the GPS unit sweeping past 200mph.

The old superkaos video showing his freeway blast where the speedo sweeps to 220+, but SK himself said it was wildly off in terms of accuracy but has been seen untold millions of times and hyped because of what it shows.

This is an Anderson Turbo equipped bike (very cool owner/rider BTW) with a stock wheelbase that just flys.

It might not be record-territory, but it is still pretty cool.

Im not surprised all that much at this and it is not something new.

A good example is the banking at Daytona. The superbikes (when they races 1000s) reached 185 on the straights but the rear tires were spinning closer to 192+ mph.

At those speeds, the way a speedo gets information is wrong.

When you do a burnout.....does your speedo say you going 0 and back wheels are going 60? No.

See what i mean?

no i understand it completely. How the speedo works and all. I think its cool seeing a dude go 200+. B/c im sure as fuck not going to do it. The audi tops out at 173 ;)

I know the guy and the video. In that particular one, the speedo is not accurate - though the bike could be capable of that speed if there was gearing that allowed it.
