:( what is the easiest and right way to replace the inner and outer cv boots for both passeger and driver side of my 4 door 93 civic 1493cc 1.5 sohc...!!!??? please help me . dont want to mess up the cv joints so cant drive till the boots r fixed... HELP!!!!!????:( :???: :???: let me know....... pm
i have no idea, but i do know that this goes in the general tech forum

its hard and messy, you need to take the cv axle out, and what i do is clean it with a scotch pad to get all the outside greese and grime off.
then you demolish the boots and do whatever you can to get the cable ties off
then you take it all apart (this is the messy part) and there are 2 c clips that hold the little thing on lol, you get that off, put the boot on, and re assemble
really dont feel like going in detail.
cliff notes:
just buy new axles.

I think axles from autozone are like 50 bucks a side.

yes comes with every thing you need bought one today it was 64$ for mine driver side one but i got a 93 integra.

I just bought one from Autozone for Around $75 and some change. Comes with a lifetime warnetee and its a complete Axle. All you have to do is take the old one out and put the new one in!
