The bike is in great condition, it does have some scrapes and some dents in the tank, but all fixable. Depending on how fast someone gets it, it all might be fixed by then.

This has been a wonderful bike. It is very fast, I run 1:21s, 22s at jennings, and 1:04s at Tally on it, and it is capable of more. The bike does come with the MSO(never been titled) so if someone did want to put it back on the street it is possible. Looking to get around $3800, thanks guys
