Emissions Question

im trying to get emissions and i was wondering would i fail if i have a h22 in my obd1 civic. no CEL and the catalytic coverter is present on the car.

failed HC ppm and NOx ppm



any ideas?

obd1 uses sniffer and roller. you may or may not pass depending on how clean the emissions actually are.
