There are shops that would charge around $3-$5000 to do a full black paint job removing any imperfections and it be mirror slick and it ain't joe bob in his shed undercutting everyone and not making anything to feed the family. Black is a pain in the ass. The guy that did the work has done custom paint and body for a long time and has been through the whole nopi car faze with all sorts of people from around doing their fiberglass work and shit. Obviously he didn't spend 5k on this paint job because i know he didn't, but its not unheard of and fairly common. I agree the title of this thread is fucking retarded, but the paint is mirror finish, the body is strait, and it is really fucking clean minus the grille(OMG!!) I'm sure someone will pay around $9,500 for it. Its only got a cunt hair over 100k.

5k for a paint job is very possible. But your saying he didn't pay 5k for it, therefore it is not a 5k paint job so he should not advertise it as one. Just like it sounds like you know there is a big big different in a 1k paint job and a 3k paint job. I won't even bother to mention 5k.

But I will say I love the finish on it and it looks great. But no not the cleanest around. And no I don't care if you pull out a fancy camera, it doesn't make your car the cleanest around. It just makes the photographer look like he knows what hes doing. Lol probably wasn't all that clean before though considering he felt the need to paint it.
