well yeah the falcons got the win, but honestly there very similar to the UGA dawgs. the falcons walk all over teams that are not so good or have more than a few injured players, and when they play solid teams, they get beat up.

Do you ever have anything positive to say about the Falcons? lmao.. Just trying to figure out where you stand. The Falcons haven't been "beaten up" at all from what I've seen. They were one bullshit call away from beating the Eagles last week. Say what ya want about the Falcons, but for them being written off as dead in the water by all the sports writers before the season started I'd say they are friggin' rocking.

Anyways... Todays beat down of the Raiders made the wounds from yesterdays Dawg collapse feel not as bad. Go Falcons!

Deangelo Hall sure backed up all the shit talking he did during the week. He got burned multiple times. Over two hundred yards rushing. Anybody thinking... PLAYOFF????

No. But that's because of Vick's racially charged prison time. If this were the same situation with Vick behind center, this Falcons' win over the same Raiders team would have been AWESOME!!! and the Falcons are the shit.

I think it's great that the Falcons are doing well this year. Am I thinking playoffs? No. It's too early. The Falcons really haven't proven a lot. They have proven that they have much potential in this team. Turner finally had another good game and Ryan was able to utilize another receiver effectively besides White. Remember, you folks, that this is supposed to be a rebuilding year. I think they're doing great for that label. And I hope they do make the playoffs. Later, QD.

It was indeed a satisfying win, surpassed my expectations. -2 yards in the first half for the Raiders is pretty crazy, we absolutely dominated. Helped eased the pain a little from the shitty call last week.

LOL i love the falcons, with vick or not QD!, lol anyway i was just stating my opinion, and about that bs call last week, man the eagles probably would have won anyway. westbrook was running too wild

How ya figure Westbrook would of had any thing to do with us losing? If Jenning had caught the ball, we had 2 minutes to score a WINNING touchdown lol.. If played correctly he wouldn't of even had a chance to score again. But oh well.

Except the falcons were projected to only win one game this year according to most. UGA was ranked in the top 5 in the beggining of the season. The Falcons are beating teams they shouldn't, while UGA loses to teams it should beat.

UGA is losing to teams that are better, but that's off topic. We can have fun with a UGAY thread if you want. :D

But really, as Falcons fans we all need to be very happy with what we're seeing. Not to say we should be confident, but shit we've already won more games than last year so fuckin' a I'm happy with that. Although the Philly game pissed me off to no end, it was good to see us put up a fight knowing we could have potentially won.

Well, see this is where your wrong. The Falcons are doing pretty good his year and UGA beat LSU and their not bad. So your whole thing about the UGA and the Falcons getting beat up by "Good Teams" as you call them, is not true! Yes, both UGA and the Falcons have lost to good teams but that doesn't mean that UGA and the Falcons only win against teams that are not good at all.

Woah there Negative Nancy. We have not lost to the Saints. We have lost to Tampa and Carolina BOTH away. We are a remarkably different team when at home, so they still have to come see us in the dome. Not to mention we're right there in the race, in arguably the toughest division in the NFL this year. There's also this thing called the wild card...

While I'm not buying my playoff tickets just yet, I am still very excited about our team. We have 22 guys who go out there and play ball for 60 minutes. While the Raiders were not a very good team, we shut them out! That was only the second shutout this season, and by a team whose supposed weak spot was on D.
