If I give someone (if anyone can do this) high res pics of my car, can you change the paint color for me? I am trying to decide if painting the hood and decklid black will look good, bad, or rice. I've posed the question to everyone over at mazdaspeed, and it's split down the middle. Some say do it, other say it will just look bad. Short of buying half a gallon of the wash off paint and just doing it until the next rain, I figure this will be easier, and cheaper.

yeah I miss the power occasionally, but I like this car overall much better. The interior is much more comfortable. Moving to italy with the Z would have been fun, but if something were to break on it I couldn't just let anyone fix it.

oh and yes these new motors make way more power on boost. Stock blocks make 500 whp easy and recentlyhas been pushed to 600+whp on pump gas. my 350z could only dream of those numbers on stock block lol.

yeah the ride is much better. My Z only had GF210 lowering springs. These coilovers are MUCH better. The car handles better than the Z did and the ride is still better.

Alright, all of this bullshit is getting out of hand. I used to ride, I enjoy the stunting scene. It's actually one of the most enjoyable parts of the scene in my honest opinion. Do I think it should have been done somewhere maybe on the other side of the parking lot? yes. Just because I think it should have been away from the people. Not so much the cars... If a car gets hit, it can be handled. If a person gets hit, you never know the out come. But I didn't feel a need to say anything to them last night, that is why I didn't. If I did feel the need, I would have said something. I think the guy who was doing the wheelie and the endos was far enough away for the most part. The guy doing the burnout was a little closer, but I didn't pay it much attention.

The manager does not car about what happens in the parking lot. We talked about this when me and him organized the meet there. We agreed it would be best if there wasn't any of the things I mentioned, merely for safety of people, them being responsible sense it is a private lot, and for the sake of trying not to draw the attention of police. If anyone remembers, the first time we had a meet here, the cops seen all the cars and actually sat at the gas station down the road and waited. I think they realized nothing was going on and finally chilled. Zack (the manager) and I figured that if there was nothing like it going on in the parking lot, it wouldn't drive other potential customers away who seen what was going on.


I think we should just drop this arguement. It's not going to get anywhere, all it is going to do is cause tension between everyone at the meet. There is no point in it. Let's drop all this shit and try not to worry about it. Everyone calling each other a bitch and yada yada yada... I know that it won't end on IA, cause all of us see each other quite a bit. It's really not even effin worth it...

So here it is, photoshop finished. A guy over on mazda-speed did them for me. What do you think? The trunk really doesn't do it for me. It makes me think that someone went to the junkyard and pieced together a car.

The hood is OK. But I worry that the hood and the top may look out of place without the trunk. Also, I think a black hood would look nice with a titanium hard top, but that only works for the winter months. Clearly I need a Titanium hood for the summer and a Titanium hard top and Black hood for the winter. I can just change them out twice a year......
