Well...check out both the cars performance and luxury. I mean the Benz takes the luxury win. However the NSX will get way more attention. Performance wise, they are both decently quick. If it were left to me, it would be really hard to choose, but I would probably end up choosing the NSX since it is more of a sports car.

i been driving my bro SL500 and it feel very strong and sporty. but never come close to an NSX just seat in it. so i guess i more to the NSX. since i don't even see it alot. thanks for the comment guys

The NSX is definitely underpowered - but supremely reliable and definitely fun. The SL is a luxo barge. Its a no-contest to me - I'd take the NSX.

However its also stuck in a middle-of-nowhere grey area. Its not utilitarian, great with balls-out performance (although the balance is nice). The technology is also quite old and you pay a high price for what it is IMO.
