Pictures look good man.

What made you decide to go with the D90 over the D300?

I'm considering picking up a new camera tomorrow as I am letting go of my D50.

I'm curious about your answer!

you need to sharpen.

your cityscape is ok, the horizon is all fucked up and your vertical lines aren't vertical.

Congrats on the new purchase. Always good to have a new camera body.

But...

dont read if youll get your feelings hurt, but IM being honest.

The pictures look like they could have easily come from a D50. If you want to show off a cameras ability....show it all full crop...show it off at full "tilt"....showcase what you know other cameras cant do. Not sure what type of glass you are using, but glass should always be the first upgrade if your old camera body isnt broken or shutter frozen.

I also recommend BHphoto.com they have an awesome selection of cameras and gear, also a highly knowledgeable staff. Since I ordered my Cannon from them along w/ a couple lights :goodjob:

Good choice in the D90 though I was looking at those too but yeah I went with a Cannon EOS XSi (450D) for now

3. you were looking to buy a D90 and instead of buying the Canon counterpart you bought a Canon that is in a lower class?
