I thought the jdm bumper had two moldings on the side like this IDK

naw that's jdm ek sir front end... the one he selling could be jdm ctr bumper but i highly doubt it unless he wanted to spent the extra money and usdm is the same minus the grill and lip. plus he has a sir lip i believe.. and the grill is jdm ctr but could be replica.. need to see the honda stamp on the grill bumper and lip to actually determine which one it actually is.

SI is 99-00, 96-98 didn't come with that grill in the US i believe, but i could be wrong.

The JDM Si-R bumper had bumper moldings.. not necessarily for any other 96-98 spec bumpers though.
