I've been tinkering with this piece called Sonic Surrender (in drop c tuning for those who care) for a while, unfortunately I'm still not very good at producing, but it's a trial an error thing, and so far its coming along nicely. All the pieces are instrumental, and still works in progress, as I figure out the basics of music production. Equility is pretty old, and was created to jam to, I exported it before I realized the drums weren't synced past the second half of the song.

I was high when I came up with most of it. Or at least the original riffs that ended up comprising the songs. There's something about tinkering with your instrument when your high, it lends itself to looking at new ways to play it. A fair portion of Sonic Surrender is finger picked, which is something Im terrible at, but it sounded right for that progression.
