I think this question is relevant. Do you think that the key to winning this election is pointing the finger at the right people?

IMHO. This is the only reason why Obama will probably win this election. Sorry to say it but I think that with the current economic citiuation that we are in people are looking for someone to point the finger at and say "It's all your fault". Obama has given it to them. Obama has basically been doing nothing but pointing the finger at Bush and McCain on Iraq and he has done nothing but point the finger at Bush, McCain, and C.E.O.'s on the ecconomy.

This has thus put McCain in defensive mode and the only thing he can do is point the finger at the Democrats and say that "They had a hand in this too" and warn people of Obama's inexperience.

I think it's funny though. Outside of the few people on here that have any clue as to what they are talking about when I talk to them about any of the ecconomy stuff. Because of the campaign Obama is running he has basically painted a target on the back of anyone who either makes a buck or owns a business in this country. And all of this because of bad decisions by a VERY SMALL number of people.

This is not a stab at the Obama campaign simply my observation, opinion, etc.

I think this whole election, from both parties, has been more about finger pointing and less about actual issues. Sad to say, but true.

With all the finger pointing going around, will we ever see a truely good presidential canidate?

Will someone with real honor, integrity, and intelligence ever run for president? With all the dirt digging by the media and the opposition campaigns, is it possible to even convince someone without alterior motives to run?

This election year has been rather disappointing, to say the least.

The way the system is set up.. no. Politics is just too dirty for someone that is truly good for the country to be put in a position of leadership.

This election is doing nothing but give the American people the shaft. Fortunately for McCain and Obama, the public is stupid and will listen to the blame game more than anything. I mean come on, deciding based on issues is so over rated.
