it hurts my eyes a bit. Your HDR process created some fringing or something.

Raw pics look the same as all the other ones in the oldschool thread.

Also to me its not overdone...the sky is not ultra blue, and the grass is not electric green. :)

nah, walker was saying that your reasoning was off.
its cool if you like it. thats whats great about art - totally subjective.
the problem is that the HDR itself is overdone as far as tonemapping. You are correct that the grass isn't neon green, but thats not at stake here. the textures are off, and I personally think that it is over-tonemapped (if thats even a word). But hey, if you like it, great....you know what im saying?

it would have been a good one if they person shooting the photo series had their camera in focus unless they added a blur mask to one of the layers, but still most HDR's are supposed to be sharp and clear

Well considering most of the shots were of the cars and not trying to get the sharpness of the landscape (just the sharpness on the cars) There is a little ghosting although all of the 3 base images seem to line up perfectly.

I meant on the car itself there is a slight haziness to it...

Evidently it was some ghosting even though I thought the images were in the exact same spot I guess the wind blew or something.
