just paint for now but more mods are coming later. sorta tight on cash.

next week the rest of the car is getting painted,

along with taking care of all the dents:goodjob:

i had to have the cat put back on so it would pass emissions,
it has suprisingly low numbers for a 17 yr old car.

besides it doesnt sound as raspy as it did.

Looks hella better than before buddy :goodjob:. The one thing I would say is that the hood doesn't line up with the headlights or maybe its the other way around but if you can adjust it and get it all straight :goodjob: . I'll try and swing by later this week.

UPDATE: the rest of the car is getting painted next thursday.
just got everything lined up on the front end, so the bumper, hood, and headlights are all flush to the rest of the car.

It looks alot better with it painted but you shouldn't hhave painted the headlight covers black, just doesn't look right at all..... Keep us posted when you add more!

The covers look out of place on their own, but with tint and some matching mods it could accent well. Good luck with it!

naf, it wouldnt line up right with the headlights if i painted it black too.

Very true, magnaflow makes some good sounding/performaning mufflers.

Looking pretty good man! The black top actually makes the headlight covers look alright. Now you need wheels and a nice drop.

car wouldnt start, and i blew a headlight out.

thinkin its the subs i have in there like to drain the battery. sometimes it seems likes its dead, but then itll crank right up. wtf mate..

so its been a while and the paint curse lives on.

you paint a car, and wreck it. not totaled, but f*cked up.
i fix tho. now i have 2 curbed rims and a little but of un-noticeable body damage.
and replaced the bent suspension/steering components.

and thanks to the economy, i had to put the build on hold for a while.

BUT there is a good side: i find another job, new motorset, wheels, and a 2-2.5in drop all around.

just thought id update and fill in the blanks.
