So I decide what the hell I'll make a home made pizza today.
I got the dough recipe from right here (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pizza-Dough-I/Detail.aspx)
So I premixed it in a bowl and then transferred it to the counter. Caution when doing it on the counter make sure you put some corn starch down so it doesnt stick to the counter.
this is the pizza in the pan

you can see the corn starch still on the counter that I used so it wouldnt stick
then you put your sauce on it

try and leave an inch or so on the outside of the sauce, I apparently failed at doing this.
then you just had your toppings i choose pepperoni and cheese although I didnt take a pic of the cheese on top of it.

and I'll get more pics of it when it is done.

EDIT: final product

after reviewing it over i think i could have used a different type of cheese

I hear you, don't get me wrong...I love pepperoni, just not on pizza. We make a lot of pizza here at home! We have a nice herb garden out on the deck (just moved it inside this weekend) and I love to throw some basil on the pizza along with artichoke hearts, ham, mushrooms, onion, and whatever else we have in the kitchen!

thanks, but the satisfaction of knowing i did it myself was worth the $8 i spent on supplies, and i still have enough material for atleast 2 more pizza before i have to go out and buy more yeast.

If you think death is good, then it's a good thing. ;)
lol well then its bad. but thanks anyways................ i guess???

try using shredded mozzarella or even fresh mozz cut up into thick slices

if you wanna make a dank pizza, try using a basil pesto base and put some minced/powdered garlic on top of the sauce.

then proceed to put mozz and feta cheese, roasted red peppers, green bell peppers, jalapenos, and any meat to complement the veggies.

that's usually what I make if I'm craving pizza.

also, I use premade pizza dough from Publix, usually located near where the cookies are.

or you can just stick to pepperoni and mozz, cheddar cheese is just too light for pizza baking

props for makin your own dough though
