well the problem is the idiots dont knwo what they are doing lol
i mean i got the service set up and then my phone comes in and it was not set up.
i had to call and they said they never received my info so i had to set it up on the phone with my fathers cell since i didnt have one anymore lol.
and then they had stil fucked it up on the first months bill and i called again and they still fucked up this month
I've had AT&T/Cingular for years and haven't had any problems. Then again, I don't download sh*t over the phone and I hate text messaging with a passion.

When I got my blackberry curve part of the deal to get it for the price I paid was to contract to keep the data plan for six months. First bill was crazy. They didn't add my data plan....I had to hold forever to talk to some one. ATT rocks.

just call up customer service. i guarantee they will do a re-rate, and they should credit you back most,if not all of the overage charges. GL. shit happens

they've done the same thang to me 4 months in a row, i call an get it corrected every time, im fuking fed up with it, im canceling and moving on, dont have time for the damn hassle every time my bill comes in

AT&T took $187 dollars out of my account a month after I my contract was over.
They said I canceled my contract early and if you mean the day my contract ended then yes I did.
So I called them and the lady tells me my contract didn't end until the 7th. I said why would my contract start on the 2nd.... I pay every month on the 2nd.... when I called they said it ended on the 2nd, but yet I get charged for early termination because someone went in a fucked with my account?
That is the only explanation I could come up with. Dirty mother fucker trying to get my chips. Fuck you AT&T. I finally got a check two months later.

thats why i stick with metro even if its not all that great but i get unlimited texting and talk so i have fun with that. but that sucks what they did to you

till this day i have gotten about close to $1000 in credit from ATT, because they didn't do what they were suppose to...add unlimited txt on wrong phone, wrong minute plan, prorated twice on 1 bill. For 3 months straight my bill was $600, $500, $500 :2up:.

Weird.. Ive been with Bellsouth/AT&T/Cingular/AT&T since 1997... And before I had a cellphone I had a pager with AT&T from 92 to 97.. Total of 16 years dealing with AT&T...
Never had any issues. NEVER. I know to check my phone.. and make sure they add the right features... I also know How much I spend and Use. I use my cellphone alot... locally, nationally and international.
My bill for the last year every month was $400.00 +.. But I knew why. For the 1st time this year my bill was under $200.00 for this month.
Learn how to use your damn phones.... SIMPLE.. with all the shit now a days is easy to check your phones online... =/

i do know how to use my phone and the reason i saw the HUGE bill was because of online.
they charged me too much because of their system. it still charged me for the unlimited texts yet still charged me $0.20 for each text sent/received
