Where can I buy one of those spacers that can be put between the sensor and the factory bung ?

They are commonly called Spark Plug anti-foulers.

Check w/ any AutoZone or Pepboys...some muffler shop carry them too.

i bought one sunday morning.i already drilled out one like the insctructions say.ill sell it for $5. bought it for that and some change.

I've got a pack of 2. I dont know if they will fit your application, but I never used them. I think I paid like $5-$8 for them. You can have them for free if you want them.

Well I bought one of those anti-fowlers and drilled it out: it didn't work, I got a different code because of it. Now my code is p0143 no activity at sensor or somethign along those lines. FOCK FOCK FOCK time to spend money on a new cat and I am broke !!!!!!

did you drill one out with 1/2 bit?..its supose to be.

unmodified bung>modified bung>o2 sensor

Yes I drilled it out so the sensor could fit, dont remember what size it was but it was a s big as I could go w/do taking out the whoe piece. Everythign bolted up fine but I guess the sensor is not reading a damn thing now :no:

wait,did you do this for the factory cat?
its meant for a testpipe..to push it farther back so the o2 sensor dosnt blow out and throw a code.since test pipes are smaller than cats

yes I have a cel for a cat issue. look like I will have to buy a new one.
